The installation instructions can be found here. After you complete the installation, you can test it by following these instructions. If you have any issues with the installation, we would be happy to assist you.
The Jupyter notebook can be started by executing
jupyter notebook
command in your terminal (command prompt). A detailed documentation of all Jupyter notebook features can be found at the Project Jupyter website.
