2Day subsampling on the GlobColour Dataset

  • preprocessing task 1: add time variable to the raw dataset
  • preprocessing task N: this need to be done for all variables in the new merged dataset

Load data from disk

We already downloaded the subsetted and merged GlobColour dataset for the Arabian Sea.

Here We read all the netcdf files into one xarray Dataset using the open_dataset function. The daily data need to add time to the dataset
