The information is clear and labeled well. Different colored lines make the two data types distinct. Its data-ink ratio is pretty good, although there may be a bit too many vertical grid lines. The x and y scales are linear, making understanding the data easier. Anybody who reads this would agree with "Custodial Mothers Are More Likely To Be Poor."
