- specify what we need to do to get network data loaded into context store.
- write program to load data into context store ( sourcenet-to-context.ipynb ).
- take the code in this notebook and move it to context_text, and then make a class out of it so it is easier to re-use.
- load all current data into context.
- go back and make better rules to pull all local hard news (misspelled reporter affiliation strings, etc).
