Describe in detail the ways in which the visualization exhibits graphical integrity and excellence:

This visualization is trying to show that New York and Philadelphia expierenced historically high amounts of snow in March, 2015 compared to March in past years. So The graph uses a scatterplot to show how high snowfall was in march for all the years dating back to 1880. They place a horizontal line through this years month to make it easy for the viewer to distinguish how much higher it is compared to the majority of other years.
