- keras: Keras is a high-level neural networks library, written in Python and capable of running on top of either TensorFlow or Theano. It was developed with a focus on enabling fast experimentation. Being able to go from idea to result with the least possible delay is key to doing good research. Link: https://keras.io/
- cdo bindings: This scripting language package is essentially a wrapper around the CDO binary. It parses method arguments and options, builds a command line and executes it. There is no shared C-library backend which calls CDO operators. Link: https://code.zmaw.de/projects/cdo/wiki/Cdo%7Brbpy%7D
- xarray: xarray (formerly xray) is an open source project and Python package that aims to bring the labeled data power of pandas to the physical sciences, by providing N-dimensional variants of the core pandas data structures. Link: http://xarray.pydata.org/en/stable/
